At HoorBaya, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
During busy periods (Eid, Ramadan, sales) processing may take up to 3 business days.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard UK Delivery
Delivery time: 3–5 business days
Cost: £3.99
Free on orders over £50

Express UK Delivery
Delivery time: 1–2 business days
Cost: £6.99

Next Day Delivery
Order before 2:00pm Monday–Thursday
Cost: £8.99
(Not available on bank holidays)

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail or DPD with full tracking included.

3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently ship to the following countries:

Europe: 5–10 business days — from £12.99
USA & Canada: 7–14 business days — from £14.99
UAE & Gulf: 5–10 business days — from £12.99
Rest of World: 10–21 business days — from £16.99

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. HoorBaya is not responsible for these charges.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your parcel in real time

You can also track your order by visiting our Contact page and sending us your order number.

5. MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

1. Check your tracking link for the latest update
2. Check with a neighbour or your local post office
3. Contact us at hello@hoorbaya.co.uk with your order number

We will investigate and resolve the issue within 2 business days.

Please note: HoorBaya is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, customs, or circumstances outside our control (e.g. extreme weather, bank holidays).

6. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@hoorbaya.co.uk.

We will do our best to update your address before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

HoorBaya is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
