  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

Approval & Return Authorization

If your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RAN) along with return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping.
  • Hoorbaya does not provide prepaid return labels.
  • The item must be shipped within 3 days of return approval.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Inspection & Processing

Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it for compliance with our return policy.

If approved, a store credit or refund (minus shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
